In our commitment to improve our participant's entire experience in dealing with GoLo RACING and Hot Lap Events, we have added online registration to traditional registration methods.
Registering for GoLo RACING and/or Hot Lap Events Track Day Events is as simple as ever. Online registration is the recommended, quickest and most convenient way to secure your spot at all of the Track Day Events you wish to participate in. Simply click on the following link and follow the instructions to both register and pay online.
You may also register for our Events by printing the following document.
Once you've read, completed and signed the Registration Form, you may perform one of the following 3 options:
- Fax it to (905) 267-2545, Attn: Rahul Dua/A.J. Tibayan
- Scan and Email to registration@hotlapevents.com
- Mail to 2800 Skymark Ave. Suite #202, Mississauga, ON, L4W5A6 c/o A.J. Tibayan
Payment can then be made via one of the following 3 options:
- CASH dropped off in person at 2800 Skymark Ave. Suite #202, Mississauga, ON from 9:00am-6:00pm (ask for A.J. Tibayan).
- Cheque made out to Rahul Dua for GoLo WEEKEND dates or made out to A.J. Tibayan for any Hot Lap Event date.
- Credit Card or Paypal online by clicking this PAY ONLINE link.
***PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED FORMS, DOCUMENTS AND ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT FOR PRE-REGISTRATION. ANY AND ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THAT 10 DAY CUT OFF WILL STILL BE ABLE TO SECURE THEIR SPOT, BUT MUST ADD A $20 SURCHARGE.***
Once the above detailed steps for registration have been completed and recieved by our team, a confirmation email will be sent out acknowledging receipt of your registration. When paying online, if you DO NOT receive this confirmation email within 24hrs, please contact A.J. Tibayan at (416) 710-7750.
